3. Assembling brace rods & steel strand cross-ties
4. Installing pre-fabricated middle columns & bracing tubes
5. Configuring bracing rods & cross-ties for middle columns
6. Securing bottom beams at end anchor piles
7. Connecting anchoring threaded steel rods
8. Laying main steel strands
9. Fastening with U-bolts and strand tensioning
10. Secure mounting of PV modules
